Village Style Chicken Curry is a mouth-watering dish with lots of flavors… So, let’s make it!

Ingredients
For marination:
- Chicken
- 500 gms Curd
- 1 cup Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt (as per your taste)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 1 clove
For gravy:
- 2 large size onions (chopped)
- Ginger (finely chopped)
- Garlic
- 4 cloves (crushed)
- 1/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- Salt (as per taste)
- Tomato Puree
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Oil (for frying)
Procedure
- Marinate the chicken with all the mentioned ingredients and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil, then add onions, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, red chilli powder, tomato puree, salt and sugar. Cook all the ingredients untill the tomatoes become moist and tend to leave the oil. (You can add water if required)
- After that, add the marinated chicken with the gravy, then again cook for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of water, then cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
