Oats Smoothie

Let’s make some creamy smoothie in a healthy way!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water/ milk
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • Crushed cashews and almonds
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder

Procedure

  • Soak the oats for 15 minutes.
  • Take a blender and pour the oats. Then add 1 cup of water/ milk, dates, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder and blend it.
  • Pour it in a glass and garnish it with some crushed cashews and almonds.

Your healthy Smoothie is ready!
