Delicious and flavoured fat free dish for your meal time!

Ingredients
4 large size tomatoes (scooped from the middle)
For Filling
- 2 tbsp fresh garlic
- 1 cup paneer (mashed)
- 1 medium size onion
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp fresh butter
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tbsp fresh green coriander (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
Procedure
- Wash the tomatoes and scoop the seeds out.
- Mix chopped garlic, paneer, chopped onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala and butter for the filling. Microwave it for 2 minutes.
- Stuff the tomatoes with this filling and keep it aside for a minute.
- Brush with oil and cover with cling foil. Microwave on 100% power for 4 minutes. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Note
In case you don’t have a microwave oven, place the tomatoes in gas and fry it until the tomatoes soften. Then carefully remove the foil and serve.
