Bengalis really make some good Chowmein, but in their own way- with a tasty touch!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 green chillis
- 2 big onions (chopped)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and french chopped)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 50 gram boiled noodles
- Salt and pepper (as per taste)
- 1 tbsp pudina paste
- 1 spoon vegetable oil
Procedure
- Heat a pan with oil. Add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, pudina paste and mix them together until the rawness is removed.
- After it is cooked properly, add the potatoes. Cook until it becomes brown. Add turmeric powder, lal mirch powder, cumin powder and sugar. Mix them properly (if the mixture sticks, then add little water and cover it for a minute until it softens).
- Now add the boiled noodles. Again, mix it well. Scramble the two eggs and mix, mix and mix!!
Your delicious Chowmein is ready! It’s best served with some sweet chilli sauce.
