Buttermilk

We all love the taste of tangy buttermilk which adds flavour to all our baking recipes… Let’s make it in just 2 simple steps!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of Milk
  2. 1 tsp lemon or white vinegar

Procedure

  • Use one cup of milk in 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar.
  • Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes after mixing. Let it thicken and create a tangy flavour.

Now make some delicious baking with the flavour of buttermilk!
