This recipe is just so perfect that you can have it irrespective of whether you’re on a diet or not. It’s healthy, yet very tasty… Let’s make some delicious pudding with lots of fruits!

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Some freshly chopped fruits
Procedure
- In a mixing bowl add the milk, chia seeds, honey(to taste), and vanilla. Whisk it well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
- The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. If not, add more chia seeds, stir, and refrigerate for another hour or so.
- Layer the pudding with the fresh fruits and enjoy.
